Built to actually last We used heavy-wall quartz glass because rapid cycling is brutal on equipment. You need something that can handle the thermal shock without cracking. And don’t worry about the wiring. We used standard R7s and SK15 connectors, so you just pop them into your existing sockets and you’re good to go. No modifications, no fuss. But the real secret is the coating. We applied a specific layer to the quartz that shifts the infrared spectrum. Instead of just scorching the surface of the PET, the heat actually sinks deep into the material. What this looks like on the floor When you swap these in, you’ll notice a more uniform “glow” across the heating zone. It feels stable. The best part? You can stop babying the oven.
