We built this electric space heater to be a straight-up workhorse—a high-output infrared emitter that’s all about industrial heating and drying. The whole point? Delivering focused heat exactly where you need it, so temperatures climb fast, without wasting energy warming up the whole room.
Technical Deep-Dive
You’ve got flexibility on the power side, too. It runs on either 230V or 400V, so you can match it to your plant’s voltage and keep the current draw sensible. And the size? The tube is 300mm long and just 10mm in diameter. That compact footprint means you can fit it into tight spots without having to redesign the whole machine. We’re talking power up to 2500W, which packs a serious punch. That high heat density is exactly what you want when the job calls for a rapid temperature jump.
Material & Design
Inside, you’ve got a quartz tube with a halogen fill. We chose it because it delivers stable output and can handle thermal shock without blinking. The filament is positioned and supported to take vibration and repeated heating and cooling without giving up. The R7s double-ended connector makes mounting quick and solid—just wire it up, clamp it in, and you’re good. Plus, the back side has a reflector coating that pushes energy forward. More of the heat goes where you point it, period.
Application & Benefits
This heater shines when space is tight and time is short—think preheating plastics, curing adhesives, or drying components. It comes up to heat fast and holds steady under load. Now, with that much wattage density, it does ask for some respect. Give it adequate cooling and clearance. Keep the airflow smart and the surfaces clean, and this lamp will take the heat day after day without burning out early.
